Wells Fargo Regional Campus

PROJECT Overview

The Wells Fargo Regional Campus is a landmark corporate development designed to set new standards in sustainability, employee wellness, and workplace innovation. The project features two 10-story, 400,000 SF cast-in-place concrete office towers offering flexible workspace, advanced conference facilities, and a full suite of employee amenities.

Complementing the towers is a six-level, 1.24 million SF precast parking structure with capacity for 4,000 vehicles, featuring a 165 linear-foot sky bridge for seamless campus connectivity. The campus is LEED Platinum certified and designed to operate as Wells Fargo’s first net-positive energy facility, meaning it produces more energy than it consumes over the course of a year. This achievement makes it the largest corporate campus of its kind to reach this level of performance. Rooftop solar arrays, EV charging stations, native landscaping, and a high-efficiency mechanical system utilizing reclaimed grey water all contribute to reduced environmental impact and lower Energy Use Intensity (EUI).

The campus design emphasizes mobility and wellness, leveraging proximity to DART light rail, bike lanes, and nearby dining. Interior spaces feature a barista-style coffee bar, a world-class food hall with open-view kitchens, a dining hall overlooking Lake Carolyn, a curated library with a high-tech workshop, and a tech express lounge. Outdoor terraces and scenic walking trails provide additional opportunities for relaxation, collaboration, and engagement.
