The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 Modernization project included code and infrastructure upgrades, consolidated security checkpoints for the North and South concourses, and added new concessions. The South concourse was demolished and rebuilt as a 12-gate concourse with expanded concessions. Curbside check-in and drop-off were relocated to an adjacent parking structure, improving curb length and utilization on both the North and South faces. The modernization enhanced the passenger experience with new amenities, including a robust retail and restaurant program featuring popular local merchants.
