Austin Bridge & Road, in a 50/50 joint venture with Zachry Construction, serves as the managing partner on a major infrastructure initiative for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). This project represents a significant investment in the future of North Texas mobility, focusing on the widening and realignment of main lanes and frontage roads along Interstate 35W 35.

Located in Gainesville, Texas, the project spans 7.8 miles, from 0.2 miles south of US 82 to one mile into Oklahoma. Key components include the construction of two new Red River bridges and the complete reconstruction of existing facilities. When complete, the corridor will expand to six lanes, with provisions for eight, enhancing safety and efficiency for both commuters and interstate commerce.
