HALL Arts is a 467,455-sq-ft project in the Dallas Arts District, featuring a 28-story residential tower, a 10-story boutique hotel, pool, and restaurant. Having achieved LEED Gold and the WELL Building Standard, it was designed to be the healthiest high-rise in Texas, with multilevel air filtration, sound-reducing membranes, and optimized lighting. The project, completed in May 2020, includes a revised parking garage design to address unexpected bedrock and groundwater conditions. The building offers homes on floors 20-25 with stunning Dallas skyline views, while the its penthouse collection features custom-designed residences with direct elevator access and panoramic views, including a customizable penthouse on floor 27.
