The new Granite Park Seven tower is the most recent office building at the 90-acre Granite Park, located at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Turnpike. The 10-story, 337,000 square foot Class A office building includes a five-level parking garage with 1,546 spaces, an 11,500 square foot terrace, and a 200 foot covered walkway connecting the building to the garage on 8.7 acres. The interior portion of the core and shell scope includes a fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and lobby finishes.
