The 244,000 SF Baylor Basketball Pavilion and Development Center is a premier multipurpose venue designed to elevate Division I athletics while supporting a wide range of university and community events.
The pavilion includes seating for 7,500 fans, with additional standing-room-only areas for approximately 500 spectators. Its main arena offers flexible court configurations that allow the space to transition between basketball competition, team practices, concerts, and special events. The pavilion features premium club and hospitality areas, modern concessions, a team merchandise shop, and essential back-of-house spaces.
Adjacent to the pavilion, the development center serves as the dedicated home for Baylor’s championship men’s and women’s basketball teams. Each team benefits from their own practice court, locker rooms, film rooms, lounges, coaches’ offices, and equipment operations spaces. Shared sports performance facilities, including strength and conditioning, athletic training, hydrotherapy, nutrition, and laundry, provide athletes with comprehensive resources to support year-round development.
