Austin Commercial uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance the site logistics output we provide to our project teams and customers. Our 3D logistics plans focus on communicating hoist and crane paths, site access, parking, material storage, lay down, and emergency access routes or fire lanes. When we work on an active campus, our customers appreciate the clear communication graphic we produce to help them inform their staff of critical impacts or site wayfaring. While some may look at 3D logistics as a basic offering, we know it is essential to the safety and welfare of everyone working on the project site.
