The Consolidated Rental Car Center (ConRAC) at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport accommodates ten rental car companies with a 137,000-square-foot customer service center, two parking structures and 8,300 ready/return parking spaces. This massive facility streamlines efficiency at the world’s busiest airport. The rental car companies share the customer service area, improving customer service to the more than two million people who rent vehicles annually at Hartsfield-Jackson.

Accessibility to the facility is accommodated via an automated people mover station built into the ConRAC and road connections to the airport’s central terminal complex. A five-minute ride on the elevated automated people mover, the ATL SkyTrain, connects passengers to and from the main terminal building and ConRAC. The APM operates six two-car trains, each car accomodating 50 passengers plus their luggage.
