The Domain Office Development consists of a 230,000 square foot office building and a 6-level, 800-space structured parking garage. The project was built to Austin Energy Green Building standards.

Austin previously served as the construction manager for the infrastructure development at the Domain in North Austin. The Domain consists of approximately eight million square feet of mixed-use space containing residential, retail, dining, music venues, hospitality, parking, and major luxury department stores.
