Austin Commercial served as General Contractor for the new CarrAmerica office tower in Austin’s Central Business District. Located at the intersection of West 6th and Guadalupe Streets, this building is a major landmark on the Austin skyline. The tower encompasses 272,000 square feet and has 23 floors. The office building also has a 300,000-square-foot garage.

The project received recognition as one of the top three green commercial developments for its advanced energy efficiency, redundancy, daylighting, 95 percent filtered air and access to transit. 300 West 6th is a certified Austin Energy Green Building.
