Austin Industrial project sites across the country continue to uphold Austin’s number-one core value of safety. A few recent examples include:

Austin Industrial employee-owners at the Milliken Allen Plant in South Carolina recently celebrated 15-years with no OSHA recordable injuries or illnesses. This incredible safety achievement is a testament to the employee-owners’ hard work and effort in maintaining a stellar safe job site. The Milliken Allen Plant is a chemical manufacturing facility as part of Milliken Co. and is also an OSHA VPP Star Site. Austin employee-owners at this location perform on-site maintenance across multiple crafts.

Austin Industrial employee-owners at the International Paper site in Pensacola, FL recently achieved four years of recordable free work. This milestone means all of the Austin employee-owners here have maintained safety excellence in an environment full of extreme conditions on a day to day basis for the past four years. This time frame represents 360,000 safe man-hours since the start of the contract. This safety milestone was carried out on March 1, 2018 with great success, promoted and led by Austin Management and International Paper Management.

Congratulations to these Austin Industrial employee-owners for their dedication to “ZERO” incidents!
