Austin University
Austin University (AU) launched in January 2009. Examples of courses offered to Austin employee-owners include: communicating effectively, code of business conduct & ethics, conflict resolution, ESOP basics, to name a few. Austin University involves a blended approach of both on-line training, classroom training and webinars.
Because AU is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach to training, development experiences are flexible. Austin University is not a lead-in to start college or to receive a degree. AU is not a “place” or a “campus”. Instead, Austin University is a process that focuses employee-owner development around specific company goals, culture and values.
