Austin Industrial’s maintenance team focuses on providing services to enhance our customers’ continuous improvement efforts. Our processes, procedures and training focus on making the project as efficient as possible while reducing maintenance costs. And, we will work with your team to easily align our activities with your ongoing reliability and performance improvement efforts. We also have a proven process to handle the transition of an existing workforce. We will guide you through the intricacies and timing involved in this critical phase, typically retaining more than 90 percent of the existing site personnel.
