Career Paths
Your career path with Austin Industrial will typically lead you through several roles, starting with Craft Coordinator, and then progressing to Project Lead and Project Manager where you will rotate between scheduling, estimating and procurement. This experience allows you to find out where your interests lie and whether you would like to experience other areas.

Management Accountability Process (MAP)
MAP is a process designed to direct the accomplishments and advancement of employee-owners. It is an excellent opportunity for you and your manager to set performance goals, measure past performance and assess your direction in the organization. Emphasis is put on individual development, determining the skills or abilities needed to reach your performance/career goals, and identifying the best way to deliver those skills and knowledge to you.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
