As you approach the end of your college career, it’s time to prepare yourself for your professional career. Through internship experience, you might have an idea where you’d like to focus your career, but it’s normal to still have some level of uncertainty. We understand you are experiencing a new stage in your life, and therefore, want to make the transition from college to work as seamless as possible. A typical career path for new college graduates is Craft Coordinator - Project Lead - Project Manager. New graduates will be encouraged to rotate between the scheduling, estimating and procurement departments to gain experience in all of those areas.  If you should develop a special interest in one of those areas, your career path can veer in that direction  We also may offer transition into business development (sales) for employees who develop an interest in that area.
