Austin Industrial Takes High Honors at ABC Mid-Gulf Chapter Awards

During the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Mid-Gulf Chapter's awards presentation held April 29, Austin Industrial received three awards:  Zero Lost Time, Gold Level Safety, and Safety Supervisor of the Year for the Industrial Division.  Ralph Anderson, Jim Bruce and Mike Morris were present for the ceremony.

Jim Bruce and Ralph Anderson accepted the awards for Zero Lost Time and Gold Level Safety for the safe work performed by the employee-owners at the Evonik-Degussa site in Mobile, Alabama.

Ralph Anderson received the award for Safety Supervisor of the Year as a result of meeting or exceeding all criteria for the award.  He was recognized for his certifications and his designation as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS).  He is one of the few people in the Mid-Gulf Region with this designation.
