The University of North Texas Health Science Center is a 160,000 SF, six-story Biomedical Research facility. The building serves both the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Public Health. The scope of work included research labs, offices and classrooms. The project was built on an existing campus with ongoing adjacent operations. Austin's approach to building this project on a zero lot line site while providing for the full function and use of adjacent facilities was an attractive solution or the university.
