Description: Austin Commercial (with joint venture partner Walsh Construction) was selected as construction manager for the new Terminal B project at Sacramento International Airport. The project consists of a four story, 433,000 square foot terminal building connected by two pedestrian bridges to a new parking lot and existing parking garage. Elevated roadways looped around the new terminal are also included for departure and arrival circulation. The terminal will be served by an automated people mover to an airside concourse.
