This expansion and renovation project included 183 new guest rooms, new elevators and an upgraded phone system throughout the hotel. Additional underground parking and a new motor lobby with a redesigned hotel front entrance and front drive were included in the scope of work. Additional renovations included a new front desk area with an expanded lobby and second floor atrium area, as well as enclosure of the walkway between the hotel and Reunion Tower.
