Austin Commercial constructed the new headquarters for Hunt Consolidated Industries. This 14-story, Class-A office building is located in the Arts District and sits next to the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center. This building marks the entrance to the downtown district at its northern edge. The Treaty Room overlooks downtown from the upper levels of the building and provides dining capacity for 150 with full food service from the adjacent warming kitchen. In an open office concept, each floor features multiple conference rooms, coffee service and copy fax areas. The project also includes 80 spaces of below-grade executive parking and a 380-space, off-site structured parking garage. The building is projected to receive a LEED Certified Interiors rating. The headquarters building is 393,000 SF and has an adjacent 169,000 SF garage.
