A partnership between Granite Properties and Gables Residential has yielded Dallas' most dynamic mixed-use development in uptown called Park Seventeen. A 19-story office tower (17Seventeen McKinney) shares a luxurious amenities deck with a 26-story residential tower (Gables Park 17) housing 292 upscale apartment units. Both towers enjoy 15,000 square feet of retail and a 1,500 space parking garage.
17Seventeen McKinney, the development's office tower, received LEED Gold certifiction (Dallas' first high-rise to receive this designation) and Gables Park 17 received LEED Silver from the U.S. Green Building Council.
