This project consists of a new 22,000-SF data center constructed on an existing site adjacent to an operational data center for a confi dential client in Central Texas. This project includes an EF-3 structure, robust MEP systems to support the building activities, extensive security system, finishout of the interiors and site work. The project includes 6,000-SF of white space and will meet the requirements of a Tier-3 facility.
