The 1994 Dallas Convention Center Expansion totaled 575,000 SF including prime exhibit space, pre-function area and a loading dock. In addition, there is 155,000 SF of heliport, lobby, and concourse rollway area. Austin Commercial advised on-site use, foundations and improvements, and assisted in general selection of materials, building systems and equipment. Austin served at risk, guaranteeing both costs and schedule.  The project was successfully completed on-time, under budget and with no claims.
