Austin Commercial was Construction Manager/General Contractor for this 72-story office tower and separate parking garage. This structure is the tallest in Dallas and was the 12th largest in the world at the time of completion. Austin Commercial implemented an innovative approach to the required retention system and basement wall construction, in addition to proposing and successfully constructing under-street tunnels using a mining technique that cut two months of construction time off the normal schedule of street closure.
