This project consists of a new approximately 36,000-SF control center and data center constructed on an undeveloped site of approximately 20 acres for a confi dential client in Central Texas. This project includes an EF-3 structure, robust MEP systems to support the building activities, extensive security system, finish-out of the interiors and all related site work. The project includes approximately 5,200-SF of white space and will meet the requirements of a Tier-3 facility.
