Taylor Place is a two-tower, high-rise residence hall offering a cafeteria/dining area between towers for students attending the ASU's campus in downtown Phoenix. At ground level, administrative and retail space is made available for public and student purposes. Both towers, scaling 13 stories tall, will house 1,250 students upon completion. Connecting the two towers together at every level are bridges. There is also a Fitness Center on the kitchen roof, overlooking a large shade garden canopy.
