Weekly Staff Review
Each week our top management reviews the company’s current projects and staff to make sure that operational needs are met, and we have the right people in the right spot. In short, your performance does not get overlooked.
Monthly Project Review
Each month you have the opportunity to meet with peers across the company to review and showcase projects, learn from the staff’s experiences and share your own experiences.
Annual Performance Reviews
Your performance is reviewed annually for compensation adjustments.
Management Accountability Process (MAP)
MAP is a process designed to direct the accomplishments and advancement of employee-owners. It is an excellent opportunity for you and your manager to set performance goals, measure past performance and assess your direction in the organization. Emphasis is put on individual development, determining the skills or abilities needed to reach your performance/career goals, and identifying the best way to deliver those skills and knowledge to you.
Dedicated Training Department
Austin Commercial has a dedicated training department to help you meet your educational needs. Each employee-owner is required to complete 32 hours of training per year.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Austin Commercial encourages employee-owners to improve themselves educationally by reimbursing tuition fees for business-related courses from an accredited state- or county-supported institution of learning.
