Founded in 1918, Austin is one of the largest and most diversified construction organizations in the United States.

Austin Bridge & Road

Austin Bridge & Road, the oldest Austin company, operates from offices in Austin, Dallas and Ft. Worth.  There are two divisions: Heavy Highway and DFW Paving. The Heavy Highway division performs road and bridge construction for the public and private sector. The DFW Paving division is one of the area’s leading producers of concrete paving for residential subdivisions and municipal projects. More than 200 Austin–built pre-World War II steel truss bridges are still in service on the back roads of Texas.

Austin Commercial

Austin Commercial is a construction manager/general contractor with operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Albuquerque, San Antonio, Denver, Miami and Phoenix. The company has expertise in all types of commercial construction. Projects include corporate headquarters, sports facilities, health care, aviation, schools and universities, and advanced technology (semiconductor plants, computer/data centers, call centers and customer service centers). 

Austin Industrial

Austin Industrial  provides construction and maintenance services to the chemical, petrochemical, refining, power and manufacturing industries in the southern and southeastern U.S. The company’s headquarters is in Houston, Texas, with offices in Augusta, Georgia; Nederland, Texas; and Lake Charles, Louisiana. The company has built a wide variety of petrochemical processing plants, along with more than 80 fossil-fueled power plants that comprise a total generating capacity in excess of 15,000 megawatts.
