Uncompromising Safety Practices for Zero Incidents

Safety, health and environmental aspects of our business are managed through a comprehensive system with a simple, clear-cut goal – zero incidents. Our management team, both in the field and at the highest levels of our corporate leadership, asserts remarkable accountability for safety – our bench mark for evaluating job performance and project success.

Safety execution plans and job safety checklists are required on all Austin Commercial projects. We use a job-site employee-owner involvement process called Safety Performance Improvement Council to improve practices and reinforce the importance of safety.

Avoiding unsafe conditions and lost-time accidents is due, in large part, to extensive training and safety practices. Safety performance is managed, measured and required on a project-wide basis, recognizing and rewarding excellence among our employee-owners, as well as our subcontractors.
