The IH 30 project in Texarkana consists of new construction and reconstruction of frontage roads. Randall Rosenbaum and his team will build 22 bridges, consisting of main lane crossovers, turnarounds and flyovers. This project also includes reconstruction of SH 59 at the IH 30 interchange and the installation of 25 retaining walls, both cast -in-place and mechanically-stabilized-earth types.
