The project also included the construction of new frontage roads within job limits. Drill shaft retaining walls with a pre-cast fascia, lime treated subgrade, and concrete curbed roadway completed the project. The major milestone, eight months into the project was met to allow the opening of the Firewheel Mall. Projectwas completed on time.
