Employee-owners have access to several outstanding benefits, some of which may only be found with Austin Bridge & Road.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

A truly extraordinary benefit of Austin Industries. After only a one-year waiting period, employee-owners become eligible for allocations of shares of company stock to their own ESOP accounts. Austin Industries is 100 percent employee-owned through the ESOP.

Group Insurance

Offers employee-owners access to medical, dental, term life and other group insurance coverage. Austin Industries pays a portion of those benefits, and the employee-owner pays the remainder – in most cases, with pre-tax dollars.

The Austin Advantage 401(k) Retirement Plan

Gives employee-owners the opportunity to contribute to their retirement through a matching 401(k) program. After a year of employment with the company, Austin Industries will match a portion of the employee-owner’s savings with an immediate vested cash contribution. Depending on corporate profitability and the amount of the contribution, employee-owners may also be eligible for an additional allocation at the end of each year – an extra reward for responsibly saving for retirement.
