Austin Industries has developed an award-winning mentoring program for vendors and subcontractors that are minority- and women-owned businesses. The program teaches the businesses how to work with Austin Industries companies, providing best practices information and offering networking opportunities with other business service providers. Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to be certified through one of the local certifying entities.
