Austin Bridge & Road’s executive team possesses extensive depth and breadth of experience. With roughly three centuries of combined experience and an average of 20 years with the company, Austin Bridge & Road executive leaders have guided the company through many significant milestones. 

Jim Andoga, President 

Andoga earned a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Andoga has held management positions in accounting, field office management, internal audit, contract administration and construction for Austin Industries and its operating companies.

Additionally, Andoga is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, past president of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Texas and a TxDOT/AGC joint committee member. Andoga is also the former chairman of the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA) task force, a member of the long-range planning committee and a member of the highway funding task force of the AGC.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and as the first vice president of the Contractor's Division.
